Em julho tem Festival Gastronômico “Sabores de Itacaré”
Quem já teve o prazer de viajar à Itacaré sabe que estamos falando de um paraíso. As praias são lindas, o esporte e ecoturismo agitam o clima gostoso da região e a noite não fica atrás com opções variadas de diversão.
E Itacaré também arrasa na culinária regional! Entre 25 e 28 de julho, acontece a 6ª edição do Festival Gastronômico “Sabores de Itacaré“. São 42 estabelecimentos e mais de 50 pratos estarão disponíveis. Pode ser entrada, prato principal ou sobremesa.
São várias opções no evento que tem o objetivo de valorizar a agricultura familiar, gastronomia de raiz e roteiros gastronômicos. No festival, os restaurantes usam a criatividade na elaboração dos pratos, que obrigatoriamente devem conter ingredientes da agricultura familiar regional.
Entre os restaurantes participantes estão nomes como Banana´s Café Gourmet, Cabana Corais, Coco Pimenta Gastro Bar, Espaço Brasil Restaurante, Itacaçaí, Itacarezinho Restaurante, Restaurante Sabores da Terra (Hotel Ecoporan), Restaurante Manga Rosa, Restaurante Sabores da Bahia, Txai Resort e Terra Boa Hotel Boutique, com opções que variam de R$ 7 a R$ 90.
Esse ano o Circuito Gastronômico inova com a feira gastronômica. Você encontra na orla de Itacaré: armazém do chocolate e produtos regionais, cozinha show com Chefs convidados, feira da agricultura familiar, feirinha de artesanato e economia criativa, lançamento dos roteiros gastronômicos, apresentações culturais e shows musicais.
Segundo o prefeito de Itacaré, António de Anízio, “o Festival Gastronômico se consolida como um dos mais importantes eventos de gastronomia da Bahia e este ano o evento terá grandes shows musicais, além da Feira Gastronômica que foi sucesso no ano passado, fortalecendo a gastronomia e o turismo local”, afirma.
O evento trará a cidade Maria Gadú no dia 27 de julho (sábado). A artista apresenta composições de sucesso como Shimbalaiê, Bela Flor, Dona Cila, e canções que fazem parte da sua vida como A História de Lilly Braun, de Chico Buarque. Os artistas da terra e região também estarão no palco do Festival com shows de Padre Edinaldo, Banda Espartas, Marcos Abaga, Trio Baianado, Laís Marques, Reginaldo Natureza, Rodney Roque, Banda Bruta Raça, Ronara Criola e Grupo Rayô.
O evento é uma realização da Prefeitura de Itacaré, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Turismo e tem o patrocínio da Secretaria Estadual de Turismo, Secretaria Estadual de Desenvolvimento Rural por meio da CAR Governo da Bahia. O Festival tem o apoio do Sindicato Patronal de Hospedagem e Alimentação de Itacaré, Faculdade Madre Thais, IGA – Instituto Gastronômico das Américas, Ertour, SENAC e da Cervejaria Eisenbahn.
