No espaço temático, é possível ver, tocar e sentir a neve “de verdade”, produzida por um equipamento especial que transforma o gelo em flocos. Indicada para todas as idades, a atração convida o público a fazer bonecos de neve, brincar de “anjinho” e deslizar em escorregadores. Os visitantes ainda podem fazer “batalhas” com bolas de neve e viver uma experiência que simula uma nevasca.
O Alaska Neve funciona de segunda a sexta, das 14h às 22h; sábados, das 10h às 22h; e domingos e feriados, das 12h às 21h. Os ingressos estão à venda via internet, no aplicativo Sympla, com valor promocional de R$ 35 (+ R$ 3,50 de taxa). No site, ainda é possível antecipar a compra de uma foto 10×15 por R$ 10 (+ R$ 2,50 de taxa).
As entradas também podem ser adquiridas no local. A inteira custa R$ 60 (segunda a sexta) e R$ 70 (sábados, domingos, feriados e férias escolares). O valor contempla 30 minutos de brincadeira e inclui o empréstimo de jaqueta e luvas térmicas – recomenda-se o uso de calça e sapatos fechados. O aluguel de botas é opcional e custa R$ 10.
