#OutubroRosa🌹 Salvador terá ações de prevenção ao câncer de mama
Chegamos ao mês de outubro, e é um período de conscientização e prevenção ao câncer de mama. Vamos preparar aqui, no Site Postei, uma série de conteúdos sobre o assunto.
Estimativas do Instituto Nacional do Câncer (Inca) apontam que, em 2019, serão 2.870 novos casos de câncer de mama na Bahia. Destes, 1.020 em Salvador. Com o objetivo de alertar a população para a detecção precoce do câncer de mama, causa mais frequente de morte em mulheres, a Secretaria da Saúde do Estado da Bahia (Sesab) está com uma extensa programação para o Outubro Rosa, movimento internacional que estimula empresas, população e entidades a trabalhar na detecção precoce e tratamento do câncer de mama.
De acordo com o secretário da Saúde do Estado da Bahia, Fábio Vilas-Boas, desde 2011 a Sesab intensifica as ações referentes ao rastreamento do câncer de mama no mês de outubro. “São milhares de exames de mamografia neste período, cujo público são mulheres de 50 a 69 anos, faixa etária preconizada pelo Ministério da Saúde como a mais propícia ao aparecimento da doença”, pontua o secretário.
O titular da pasta da Saúde pontua ainda que entre 2015 e 2018, a Bahia realizou mais de 1,5 milhão de exames de rastreamento do câncer de mama, abrangendo todos os municípios. “A principal causa de morte por câncer entre mulheres se dá pelo câncer de mama e o diagnóstico precoce pode levar à cura em 90% dos casos. Além disso, quando precocemente descoberto pode-se evitar o procedimento cirúrgico de retirar a mama por completo, o que, para algumas mulheres, é como uma mutilação, ou ainda evitar procedimentos complementares como quimioterapia ou radioterapia, aumentando a sobrevida dessas pacientes e reduzindo a morbidade”, afirma Vilas-Boas.
Este ano ocorrerão ações no Centro Estadual de Oncologia (Cican), Hospital da Mulher, em conjunto com o Projeto Avon, e o Saúde sem Fronteiras, que realiza o rastreamento do câncer de mama de forma itinerante e as carretas estarão em sete municípios das regiões de Saúde de Porto Seguro e Teixeira de Freitas.
O câncer de mama
Múltiplos fatores estão envolvidos na etiologia do câncer de mama, assim explicam os especialistas do Inca, entre eles estão: idade da primeira menstruação (menor do que 12 anos); menopausa após os 55 anos; mulheres que nunca engravidaram ou nunca tiveram filhos (nuliparidade); primeira gravidez após os 30 anos; uso de alguns anticoncepcionais e terapia de reposição hormonal (TRH) na menopausa, especialmente se por tempo prolongado; exposição à radiação ionizante; consumo de bebidas alcoólicas; dietas hipercalóricas; sedentarismo e predisposição genética.
Hoje os médicos recomendam a identificação da doença em estágios iniciais por intermédio das estratégias de detecção precoce, pautadas nas ações de rastreamento e diagnóstico precoce. A mamografia bienal para as mulheres na faixa etária de 50 a 69 anos é a estratégia de rastreio indicada, enquanto o diagnóstico precoce é formado pelo tripé: população alerta para os sinais e sintomas suspeitos; profissionais de saúde capacitados para avaliar os casos suspeitos; e sistemas e serviços de saúde preparados para garantir a confirmação diagnóstica oportuna e com qualidade.
Programação
As ações do Centro Estadual de Oncologia (Cican), em Salvador, serão realizadas em dois sábados (05 e 19). No dia 05, serão distribuídas 600 senhas para a realização de mamografia, a mulheres de 50 a 69 anos. As 100 primeiras farão o exame no mesmo dia, e as demais sairão com o exame agendado ainda para o mês de outubro.
Aos sábados acontecerá também uma Feira de Artesanato e Saúde onde, além da comercialização de produtos feitos por mulheres, em parceria com a Coordenação de Fomento ao Artesanato (antigo Instituto Mauá) da Secretaria do Trabalho e Renda (Setre), teremos estandes de orientação à saúde, com foco na adoção de hábitos saudáveis de vida, reduzindo o risco para desenvolver o câncer de mama. A programação do Cican tem encerramento marcado para o dia 19, com a participação das Ganhadeiras de Itapuã e aula de Zumba e Fitdance.
Já o Hospital da Mulher, em parceria com o Projeto Avon e a Secretaria de Políticas para as Mulheres (SPM), realiza nos dias 05 e 06 (sábado e domingo), no Farol da Barra, atendimentos para 200 pacientes, com mastologista, consultas com nutricionistas, testes rápidos e vacinação.
Também no dia 05, das 7 às 9h, no ambulatório do Hospital da Mulher (no Largo de Roma), será feita triagem para consultas com mastologista. Durante todo o mês de outubro haverá ações de humanização, com palestras educativas, musiocoterapia, além de ações de beleza para pacientes. No dia 26, serão realizadas 30 punções para pacientes.
Também nos dias 26 e 27 serão antecipadas 40 cirurgias oncológicas (mastologia). A programação será finalizada no dia 30 de outubro, com um coffee break para os colaboradores da unidade hospitalar.
Saúde sem Fronteiras
A ação do Saúde sem Fronteiras estará no mês de outubro nos municípios de Mucuri, Lajedão, Prado e Alcobaça, da Região de Teixeira de Freitas, e em Porto Seguro, Belmonte e Itapebi, Região de Porto Seguro, realizando mamografias em mulheres de 50 a 69 anos. Nesta ação, nos sete municípios, serão beneficiadas 9.297 mulheres.
O atendimento começa às 7h e prossegue até às 18h. Para serem atendidas, as mulheres devem levar um documento de identidade, o Cartão SUS e um comprovante de endereço no município.
O cronograma de atendimento está assim definido:

Mucuri – 23/09 a 09/10 – 2.030 mulheres
Lajedão – 10/10 a 11/10 – 275 mulheres
Prado – 14/10 a 26/10 – 1.690 mulheres
Alcobaça – 28/10 a 06/11 – 1.286 mulheres
Região de Porto Seguro:
Porto Seguro – 26/09 a 17/10 – 2.100 mulheres
Belmonte – 19/10 a 29/10 – 1.278 mulheres
Itapebi – 30/10 a04/11 – 638 mulheres
