Já são mais de 90 dias de trabalho em casa, dias que modificaram as relações de trabalho mais profundamente do que nos últimos 10 anos. Essa crise agiu como aceleradora de todo um processo que exigia tempo e planejamento, e em poucos dias ou semanas, foi necessário estabelecer e concretizar o trabalho nesse novo formato. No home office, os resultados do trabalho devem continuar aparecendo e da mesma forma crescendo para que a gestão tenha controle e confiança nas equipes.
Por muitas vezes em local improvisado, na mesa da sala de jantar, no sofá ou em móveis próximos ao cabeamento de internet, trabalhadores de todas as localidades do Brasil precisaram adaptar sua rotina com funções à frente de computadores ou notebooks, a fim de produzir da mesma maneira que em seus antigos postos de trabalho dentro das organizações.
No entanto, não são poucas as vezes em que as horas de permanência neste mobiliário improvisado têm trazido inúmeras consequências às articulações e musculatura envolvidas na atividade laboral tendo relação às posturas adotadas, resultantes desses novos locais e mobiliários utilizados.

“Sempre que o trabalho tenha que ser executado na posição sentada, o posto de trabalho deve ser planejado ou adaptado para essa posição (NR17), nesse sentido, a altura do assento deve ser proporcional à altura da bancada que apoiará o computador ou notebook de forma a acomodar os punhos e mãos sem elevação ou tensionamento em ombros. Posturas que oferecem tensão às regiões corporais limitam a oxigenação das células musculares e favorecem o acúmulo de metabólitos que culminam com a fadiga e propensão a lesões de estruturas, como ligamentos e tendões”, alerta a especialista.
A coluna cervical é uma das regiões mais afetadas, pois é fortemente exigida pela grande mobilidade que possui e por conseguir, mesmo que erroneamente, se adaptar à linha visual para execução de tarefas. Porém, não é a coluna cervical que deve ser a protagonista da adaptação e sim o mobiliário, a tela do computador deve ser erguida na linha dos olhos. Alterações da visão também podem requerer a anteriorização do pescoço e, portanto, é importante verificar se a visão está suficiente e procurar atendimento oftalmológico, se for o caso. Proteger a visão de reflexos é um outro item importante que deve ser cuidado.
Outras considerações para melhorar a postura e os movimentos, levando em consideração as alavancas funcionais e biomecânica do corpo humano, assim prevenindo várias lesões laborais são:
- Ajustar os itens de trabalho ao alcance das mãos, para que não haja rotações, alongamentos e inclinações desnecessárias durante as atividades;
- Utilização de suportes para os pés evitando assim que a angulação do joelho seja inferior a 90 graus;
- Utilização de suportes para o teclado e mouse para auxílio ergonômico;
Para finalizar, é importante lembrar das pausas durante as atividades, pois o tempo de permanência em determinadas posições estáticas sobrecarregam pescoço, ombros, dorso, membros superiores e inferiores. As pausas de 10 minutos para cada 50 minutos de trabalho são essenciais para alongamento e descanso, proporcionando assim a melhora da circulação nos tecidos, o retorno venoso e a flexibilidade necessária para o bom funcionamento do sistema musculoesquelético e do organismo como um todo.
