Rainha do Carnaval de BH é vítima de racismo
O Brasil continua mostrando que o racismo ainda está muito presente em nossa sociedade e a vítima dessa vez foi a Rainha do Carnaval de Belo Horizonte 2020, Lais Aparecida da Silva. A modelo recebeu uma mensagem onde era convidada para sair e ao recusar o convite foi alvo de injúria racial por parte de um homem.
“Você é uma macaca, arrogante, idiota. Olha pra você, no máximo o que você serve é pra poder saciar o fetiche de alguém”, dizia a mensagem do autor que não foi identificado na mensagem.
Lais disse em entrevista a TV Globo que já foi vítima de preconceito diversas vezes, mas dessa vez resolveu levar o caso à justiça. “Fiquei bem chateada, porque a gente passa por diversas situações e essa questão vai muito além do racismo. Foi um racismo contra uma mulher. A gente sofre muito nessa sociedade machista que a gente vive hoje”.
Além do boletim de ocorrência, feito na última terça (1/9), Lais também fez uma denúncia pelo Disque 100, canal no qual é possível denunciar qualquer violação contra os direitos humanos.
