Começa propaganda eleitoral gratuita em rádio e TV
A propaganda eleitoral gratuita deu início nesta sexta-feira (09) nas Rádio e TV de todo o Brasil. As propostas dos candidatos que disputam os cargos municipais ficarão disponíveis ao público entre os dias 9 de outubro e 12 de novembro.
As propagandas acontecem de segunda a sábado. As rádios saem na frente com inserções entre 7h e 7h10, novas inserções ocorrem entre 12h e 12h10. Já na TV, os programas ocorrem entre 13h e 13h10 e das 20h30 às 20h40. Desde 2016, as inserções em bloco são exclusivamente para prefeito.
Além do horário eleitoral gratuito, há a reserva de 70 minutos diários, inclusive aos domingos, para a propaganda de candidatos em inserções de 30 e 60 segundos durante a programação, sendo 60% do tempo diário (42 minutos) para os candidatos a prefeito e 40% (28 minutos) para os concorrentes ao cargo de vereador.
Seguindo normas do TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral), os candidatos e partidos são obrigados a colocar nas propagandas legenda oculta, janela com intérprete de Libras e audiodescrição, entre outros recursos.
As eleições municipais no Brasil em 2020 ocorrerão em 15 de novembro, com um segundo turno marcado para 29 de novembro.
