“O profissional deve ter em mente que a conquista deve estar ligada aos resultados obtidos. Respeitando a política salarial e o momento da empresa. Ter a sensibilidade para requerer este reajuste e saber o melhor momento torna-se fundamental, se deve criar um ambiente de ganha a ganha”, explica.
Dentre os motivos que podem potencializar as chances de um aumento estão o desenvolvimento e formação, tempo de trabalho, desempenho. Porém, um dos pontos importantes é a avaliação pelo resultado. Isto é, o quanto a atuação do trabalhador agrega ao resultado da empresa, tendo a capacidade de alinhar desempenho profissional e integração proativa ao grupo.

Normalmente, as empresas tem suas políticas de remuneração e carreira, assim, em vez de pensar no melhor momento, se deve pensar que cada ação e resultado pode tornar proporcionar o melhor momento para o pedido. O profissional se deve mostrar preparado para os desafios tanto tecnicamente como comportamental, se mostrando apto às oportunidades. Geralmente, o crescimento da empresa no que você teve contribuição, se torna o melhor momento. Mas se deve respeitar e conhecer as políticas da empresa que nortearão esse pedido.
🗣 Como lidar com o superior
Sempre uma conversa sobre reajustes salariais deve ser realizada em momentos oportunos, com locais adequados e de preferência de maneira bem amigável. O debate deve ser de forma transparentes, onde as partes expõem sua visão e necessidades garantindo a possibilidade do feedback para se chegar a um consenso seja lá qual for.
Pontos importante é ter clareza nos objetivos, sem deixar de ser flexível. Também é fundamental a confiança, tanto na hora de pedir, tanto na relação com o superior, independente do resultado do pedido, passe uma imagem profissional. Lembrando que os valores devem seguir os padrões do mercado.

A crise não é motivo para voltar atrás, mas pode ser para repensar as bases negociadas, nos períodos de dificuldades a flexibilidade é parte fundamental da habilidade profissional. Em relação a negociação, sempre sugiro uma ação mais transparente e argumentativa dos motivos que levam ao pedido.
