Raimundo Lima faz show “Surpreendente” para lançamento do CD
Conhecido como jornalista, empresário ou especialista em Direito Eleitoral, Raimundo Lima chega para surpreender com sua performance na nova vertente de cantor. Não por acaso, “Surpreendente!” é o nome do show de lançamento do seu primeiro álbum completo.
O evento acontece Café Teatro Rubi, localizado no Wish Hotel da Bahia, nos dias 1, 2 e 8 de novembro e contará com as participações de artistas de renome nacional.

Nomes como Altay Veloso, Targino Gondim, Magary Lord, Tito Bahiense, Antônio Carlos & Jocafi, Marcia Short, Armandinho Macedo, Nelson Rufino, Roberto Mendes, Edu Casanova e Júlio César participarão dos shows. Raimundo Lima vai apresentar um repertório eclético.
Além de músicas de sua autoria e outras do cancioneiro de Angola — onde reside há duas décadas —, ele interpreta com desenvoltura principalmente músicas gravadas anteriormente pelo lendário Tim Maia, explorando seu timbre grave e sua capacidade de atingir notas altas com facilidade.
A direção musical do show está a cargo de Luan Almeida. A produção geral é de Fernando Rosa (Invisível Essencial). Ele conta com apoio de uma banda de sete músicos de muito boa qualidade.
Apesar de estar estreando em álbum completa, Raimundo Lima já gravou um single de sua autoria na Copa do Mundo do ano passado, “É hexa!”, com a participação especial na guitarra baiana do consagrado Armandinho (A Cor do Som e Trio Elétrico Dosô & Osmar).
Assim experimentou um meteórico sucesso porque a tiragem de 40 mil discos singles em DVDs praticamente esgotou-se em uma hora, na promoção de um jornal local. Raimundo Lima é o compositor de algumas músicas gravadas por outros artistas em Angola. A que fez mais sucesso foi o Canto à Alfabetização, gravado por dez cantores angolanos.
Ele já compôs inclusive uma outra música para a Copa do Mundo anteriormente. Fez “Força, palancas!” para a Seleção de Angola em 2006 na Alemanha, gravada pelo renomado Filipe Mukenga.
