Chef Francês Jean-Rémi comanda Jantar Magno do Restaurante Amado
Salvador possui uma das culinárias mais famosas e admiradas do mundo, mas na próxima semana capital baiana dará espaço ao requintado traço da culinária francesa.
No dia 29 de outubro, a partir das 20h30, acontece a nova edição do Jantar Magno do Restaurante Amado, que de maneira inédita traz um Chef laureado com 2 estrelas no Guia Michelin, principal guia turístico gastronômico do mundo.
O francês Jean-Rémi Caillon, do restaurante francês Le Kintessence, que fica no Hotel Le K2 Palace, em Courchevel, na França, atendendo ao convite do restaurante Edinho Engel, pilotará o jantar batizado “Le Kintessence”, com um passeio único pela cozinha francesa contemporânea a partir de uma inspiração nas montanhas dos Alpes, geografia natal de Jean-Rémi.
O Jantar Magno terá sete etapas. Da entrada à sobremesa, sofisticação e uma experiência intensa em sabores, a partir da técnica refinada de uma das maiores referências na gastronomia contemporânea, conduzirão a noite.
Segundo Jean-Rémi Caillon, “O foco será em uma variedade surpreendente de produtos sazonais e locais. O menu revela um passeio de bom gosto entre minhas queridas montanhas e o incrível coração do Brasil.”
