Concurso para contratações artísticas do Carnaval do Pelô e Pipoca 2020
Vamos falar de carnaval? Sim, está um pouco cedo, mas para quem a expressão artística como profissão é sempre bom aproveitar as oportunidades que surgem nesse período. E o Carnaval do Pelourinho é uma delas.
O Governo do Estado anunciou o concurso para contratação de bandas e
artistas para compor a programação do Carnaval do Pelô e Carnaval Pipoca 2020,
projeto promovido pela Secretaria de Cultura da Bahia (Secult), através do
Centro de Culturas Populares e Indenitárias. As inscrições estão abertas desta
quarta-feira (23) a 6 de dezembro de 2019.
O concurso é dividido em modalidades. Para show musical individual em palco,
podem se inscrever artistas dos estilos musicais afro, reggae, arrocha, axé,
antigos carnavais, samba, hip-hop e guitarra baiana. Estas atrações irão
apresentar-se nos palcos dos largos Pedro Archanjo, Tereza Batista e Quincas
Berro d’Água.
Orquestras e bailes infantis também têm categorias especiais para inscrição. Na modalidade Projeto 03 Artistas, inscrevem-se projetos que tenham por proposta a reunião de três diferentes atrações para show em conjunto no palco principal da festa, no Largo do Pelourinho.
No tradicional Carnaval de rua do Pelô, participarão grupos dos estilos bandinha de percussão, bandinha de corda e percussão, bandão e performances. Além disso, os microtrios e nanotrios do Pipoca têm espaço garantido na folia.

Somente serão consideradas inscrições presenciais, e o envelope lacrado de inscrição, contendo dentro outros dois denominados Envelope de Habilitação e Envelope da Proposta Artística, deve ser entregue no Protocolo Central da Secretaria de Cultura do Estado da Bahia (SecultBA), de 8h30 a 12h e de 13h30 a 17h. Os envelopes serão abertos no dia 07 de dezembro, às 9h, na sede da SecultBA.
