Pizza Makers busca franqueados na região Nordeste
As franquias são uma ótima forma de começar um novo negócio dentro de uma proposta já consolidada. E o Nordeste tem se tornado alvo de empresas de regiões, como o Sudeste, que planejam explorar esse mercado.
Segundo dados da Associação Brasileira de Franchising (ABF), no terceiro trimestre de 2019, o Nordeste brasileiro teve faturamento de R$ 5,9 bi no setor de franquias. E o segmento de negócios que lidera o ranking é o de alimentação, com um faturamento de R$ 10,8 bilhões.
Além disso, de acordo com o Censo Brasileiro de Shoppings Centers 2018/2019, realizada pela Associação Brasileira de Shoppings Centers (Abrasce), o número de shoppings em operação no Brasil tem crescido e o Nordeste é um dos principais responsáveis pelo aumento do faturamento do setor.
Observando a capacidade econômica e de consumo do Nordeste, a Pizza Makers mira a região para crescer fora do eixo Rio-São Paulo, Estados onde estão situadas todas as suas unidades. A primeira loja nordestina da rede de franquias está em processo de escolha de ponto, com previsão de inauguração no primeiro semestre de 2020.
“O mercado nordestino tem grande potencial para os negócios da empresa, além de muitas localidades importantes para as quais expandir a marca. Nós estamos expandindo com os pés no chão”, declara Gregório Machado, CEO da Pizza Makers.
Com a primeira loja aberta em dezembro de 2016, a Pizza Makers faturou em torno de R$ 10 milhões em 2018 e projeta faturamento em torno de R$ 24 milhões em 2019. Um crescimento de 140% em relação ao ano passado. A rede está ampliando sua presença em São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro, projetando alcançar a marca de 20 unidades em operação até dezembro. O investimento na implantação de uma unidade franqueada é a partir de R$ 350 mil.
Pizzaria com conceito diferente
O principal diferencial da Pizza Makers é o conceito “faça você mesmo”, ou seja, o cliente monta a própria pizza, calzone e salada. No cardápio, há mais de 30 ingredientes, além das opções de massas tradicional e integral, que são preparadas sem leite e ovos, portanto, veganas.
“Antes de abrirmos nossa primeira loja, vimos que não havia inovação dentro das praças de alimentação dos shoppings centers. Sabe-se que há uma enorme variedade de redes de comida e fast food, mas quando se pensava em pizzarias, era uma área sem grandes novidades e enxergamos a nossa oportunidade de fazer com que o consumidor realmente tivesse seu desejo realizado. Assim, apostamos numa rede diferenciada, que oferece ao cliente a possibilidade de montar sua própria refeição”, explica Machado.
