Dia da Pizza: receitas para comemorar na quarentena
A pizza é um dos pratos mais consumidos no mundo todo, pois a sua enorme variação de recheios conquista qualquer paladar, seja doce ou salgado. Além disso, já virou uma tradição ter essa iguaria italiana nas refeições do fim de semana para dividir com toda a família.
E no Dia da Pizza não podemos deixar passar em branco. Confira três receitas diferentes de pizza sugeridas pela Finna, marca de farinhas e misturas para bolo da M. Dias Branco, levando todo o toque caseiro que torna o prato ainda mais saboroso.
A Pizza Marguerita de Liquidificador é perfeita para uma refeição mais rápida, mas quem prefere um sabor mais intenso, pode apostar na elaborada Pizza de Calabresa Picante, feita com massa de cachaça e mel. Já a opção doce fica por conta da Pizza de Chocolate e Morango.

Pizza Marguerita de Liquidificador 🍕🍅🥬
Ingredientes:
Para a massa:
180 g de Farinha de Trigo Finna com fermento
240 ml de leite integral
12 g de Margarina Puro Sabor
1 ovo
1 pitada de sal
Para o recheio Marguerita:
200 ml de molho de tomate
300 g de mussarela ralada
1 tomate em rodelas
3 ramos de manjericão
Modo de Preparo:
– Coloque todos os ingredientes da massa no liquidificador e bata até incorporar.
– Unte com margarina uma forma de pizza de 30 cm de diâmetro e coloque a massa no recipiente.
– Leve-a ao forno preaquecido a 180 ºC por aproximadamente 20 minutos.
– Retire-a do forno e coloque o recheio: molho de tomate, queijo, rodelas de tomate, manjericão e azeitona.
– Retorne para o forno e espere derreter completamente o queijo.
Pizza de Calabresa Picante 🍕🌶
Ingredientes:
Para a massa com Cachaça e Mel:
1 kg de Farinha Finna Tipo 110 g de fermento biológico
50 g de mel
60 g de azeite
20 g de sal
450 ml de água
50 ml de cachaça
Para o recheio de Calabresa apimentada:
400 g de linguiça calabresa
1 unidade de cebola em rodelas
8 unidades de azeitona
Pimenta calabresa moída e orégano a gosto
Modo de Preparo:
Prepare a massa:
– Misture a Farinha de trigo Finna Tipo I com o fermento biológico em uma bacia
grande, faça um buraco no meio e vá acrescentando o mel, o azeite, a cachaça, o
sal e misture bem. Acrescente um pouco de água e continue misturando, até a massa
ficar macia. Se estiver dura, coloque um pouco mais de água. Depois, sove por
10 minutos até desgrudar do fundo.
– Boleie a massa e deixe-a descansar por 25 minutos. Abra-a, com rolo, em uma
mesa enfarinhada e coloque-a na assadeira para pizza grande e faça furinhos com
garfo.
Prepare o recheio:
– Corte a linguiça e a cebola em rodelas, na espessura desejada. Espalhe o molho sobre a massa da pizza. Distribua a linguiça uniformemente e por cima coloque a cebola. Espalhe as azeitonas, o orégano, a pimenta calabresa e finalize com azeite. Leve ao forno por aproximadamente 5 minutos a 220 ºC. Sirva em seguida.
Pizza de Chocolate e Morango 🍕🍫🍓
Ingredientes:
Para a massa:
1 kg de Farinha de trigo Finna Tipo 12 tabletes de fermento
125 ml de leite
375 ml de água
1 colher de chá de sal
1 colher de chá de açúcar
1 colher de sopa de azeite
Para o recheio de brigadeiro:
1 lata de leite condensado
5 colheres de achocolatado
1 colher de sopa de Margarina Puro Sabor Morangos cortados a gosto
Granulado a gosto
Modo de Preparo:
Prepare a massa:
– Esfarele o fermento, adicione o sal, o açúcar e o leite, misture, coloque o azeite e parte da água, vá acrescentando aos poucos a farinha de trigo Finna com o restante da água. Divida em 6 partes iguais e deixe crescer por mais ou menos 20 minutos. Estique a massa e asse.
Prepare o recheio:
– Junte a margarina, o leite condensado e o achocolatado em uma panela, mexendo sempre até ficar no ponto de brigadeiro.
Montagem:
– Coloque no disco (massa) já pré-assado o brigadeiro, cubra com chocolate granulado e morango bem lavados.
– Sirva em seguida.
