Os dias frios chegaram, e com ele a vontade de ficar embaixo de edredom, dormir um pouquinho mais ouvindo a chuva na janela e curtir aquelas comidinhas quentes e saborosas. Já que o clima pede, que tal preparar um caldo verde e cremoso?
Essa é proposta da Água Doce Sabores do Brasil. Confira o passo a passo dessa iguaria.
Ingredientes: 🍵
🔸 2 colheres de sopa de óleo
🔹 2 colheres de sopa de cebola picadinha
🔸 1 dente de alho picadinho
🔹 ½ cubo de caldo de legumes
🔸 6 rodelas de linguiça calabresa
🔹 400ml de água quente
🔸 2 batatas médias descascadas, cortadas em cubos e cozidas
🔹 1 xícara de chá de couve lavada e fatiada
🔸 2 colheres de sopa de creme de leite
🔹 Sal a gosto
🔸 Pimenta do reino a gosto
Modo de Preparo:
Em uma panela com óleo, refogue a cebola, o alho, o caldo de legumes e a linguiça calabresa por três minutos. Reserve. No liquidificador, bata com a água quente a batata até ficar homogêneo e formar um creme. Despeje na calabresa misturada com os outros temperos, junte a couve e cozinhe por mais 10 minutos. Tempere com sal e pimenta do reino a gosto. Acrescente o creme de leite. Sirva quente. Rendimento: 2 porções.
