Daíra Saboia abre show do Grande Encontro em Salvador
Salvador vai receber um das mais emblemáticas formações da música brasileira. O show do Grande Encontro, que acontece neste domingo, dia 25, a partir das 19 horas, na Concha Acústica do Teatro Castro Alves.

O show do grupo formado por Elba Ramalho, Geraldo Azevedo e Alceu Valença vai contar com a abertura da cantora e atriz, Daíra Saboia.
A artista lançou seu seu primeiro disco Flor (jazz – MPB/Selecionado no Prêmio da Música Brasileira) em 2014, e logo começou a buscar novas influências e se aprimorar como intérprete e como compositora.
Em 2016, foi convidada pelo selo Porangaté para gravar um disco com releituras de Belchior que gerou também o show: Amar e mudar as coisas. Com a morte de Belchior, Elba Ramalho, maior cantora representante deste sentimento nordestino, se encantou no YouTube por Daíra. Elba a convidou para uma participação em seu show e, partir daí, cantaram juntas por diversas vezes à convite de Elba.
Em sua trajetória Daíra colecionou parcerias e cantou ao lado de Jards Macalé, Danilo Caymmi, Arthur Verocai, Roberto Menescal, Eliane Elias (Nova York) Brian Blade(Miles Davis), Luiz Alves, Lula Galvão, Paulo Russo, Letícia Novaes (Letrux) a banda El Efecto e Chico Chico.
Após excursionar por oito capitais do Brasil cantando Belchior, Daíra se prepara para seu novo trabalho onde a profundidade das composições reflete diversos aspectos da nossa cultura atual.
