Já falamos sobre e-commerce, m-commerce e as suas vantagens. É uma realidade que as compras pela internet ganham cada vez mais seu espaço. De acordo com um levantamento realizado pelo Compre&Confie, empresa de inteligência de mercado focada em e-commerce, o faturamento do setor durante o primeiro semestre foi de R$ 32,1 bilhões, um crescimento de 16,3% em relação ao mesmo período de 2018.
Mesmo com a oferta constante de novos produtos, um desafio ainda permanece para consolidar o e-commerce como um hábito de maior frequência no país: a logística. O prazo médio de entrega de produtos e o preço do frete cresceram nos últimos dois anos. Na prática, o efeito é de “pagar mais caro e ainda receber em tempo maior”.
“A entrada massiva de novos lojistas no ambiente online nos últimos anos, especialmente com a popularização dos marketplaces, ajuda a puxar esses índices para cima. Os varejistas online deverão investir em inovações nos processos de entrega de produtos, passando por investimentos em omnichannel e uso de economia compartilhada para entregas.”, afirma André Dias, diretor executivo do Compre&Confie.
De acordo com as informações da companhia, o prazo médio prometido para entrega passou de oito dias (no primeiro semestre de 2017) para treze no mesmo período de 2019. Em relação ao frete, o valor médio passou de R$ 14,00 para R$ 19,50 nos mesmos períodos.
“Os desafios da logística podem ser superados também com investimentos em segurança em transportes e apoio do governo. Como exemplo, podemos citar o Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento (PAC), uma iniciativa do governo que busca melhorar diferentes setores, prevendo melhorias em estradas, portos e aeroportos”, completa Dias.
