Os dados são da Pesquisa realizada pela Confederação Nacional de Dirigentes Lojistas (CNDL) e pelo Serviço de Proteção ao Crédito (SPC Brasil).

Mas existe também o outro lado da história. 84% das pessoas preferem ir primeiros às lojas, pesquisando primeiro em lojas físicas antes de finalizar as compras on-line. Os eletrodomésticos também ocuparam o topo do ranking nessa categoria (43%), seguidos por celulares e smartphones (41%), vestuário (34%) e eletrônicos (34%).
A liderança pode ser explicada pela opinião dos consumidores quanto à experiência de compra: metade deles (51%) acredita que as lojas físicas oferecem melhor demonstração do produto. Outras categorias em que as lojas físicas levaram a melhor foram a facilidade para negociação de preços (56%) e para trocas (62%).
Por outro lado, levando em consideração que estamos na era digital, os sites e aplicativos de lojas conquistaram o coração dos compradores em 13 das 15 categorias apresentadas, sobretudo por oferecer melhores preços (74%), maior flexibilidade nos horários de compra (72%) e maior comodidade (69%).
Independente da escolha para finalizar a sua compra, lembre-se que o importante é pesquisar. As variadas opções de lojas física e online estão aí e devem ser usadas a nosso favor.
