Coxinha de Costela
Ingredientes:
1 kg de costela bovina
20 ml de óleo
800g de alho
55g de cebola
1 folha de louro
Pimenta do reino a gosto
Salsinha a gosto
23g de sal temperado
1kg de requeijão cremoso
Massa:
Receita Tradicional
Preparo:
Tempere a costela com todos os ingredientes listados, menos o requeijão e deixe marinando por uns 20 min. Feito isso, coloque na panela pressão e deixe por 40 minutos. Abra a panela com cuidado, retire a carne e desfie com o garfo. Espere esfriar e misture com o requeijão.
