As dívidas acabam com a paz de qualquer um. Eu sou do ditado de que é melhor ficar com pouco dinheiro na mão, mas se livrar logo das pendencias financeiras. No entanto diante das incertezas com o atual rumo da economia no país, não dá pra vacilar com as contas.
Dados da Confederação Nacional do Comércio de Bens, Serviços e Turismo (CNC) apontam que no período de junho deste ano, o número de famílias endividadas cresceu 5,4% ante ao mesmo período do ano passado. Já quando comparado ao mês imediatamente anterior, a alta registrada foi de 0,6%.
Há diversos fatores que justificam este quadro, no entanto, o principal está ligado aos impactos emocionais e seus reflexos. Ainda segundo a pesquisa, o índice de endividamento das famílias atingiu 64%, o maior desde 2013, quando chegou a 65,2%.
Quando alguém está emocionalmente abalado, é normal que, por impulso, principalmente em momentos de tristeza e decepções, aquela pessoa acabe gastando sem pensar, ultrapassando o limite do cartão de crédito e, consequentemente, formando dívidas que ultrapassem seu orçamento mensal.
Tudo isso com um único intuito: o de fazer com que aquela dor seja amenizada, como uma compensação. E será. Porém, momentaneamente e com resultados negativos que podem se arrastar por um longo período.
“O cenário de inadimplência acaba agravando o desconforto e muitas vezes tendo como consequência mais endividamento, pois o prazer do ato da compra é efêmero e a pessoa às vezes se convence que precisa de mais um pouquinho, reação muito presente em quadro de compulsão”, explica a especialista em desenvolvimento humano, Rebeca Toyama.
Confira algumas dicas sobre como usar as emoções a favor, sem deixa-las responsáveis pelo descontrole financeiro:
👉Analise o histórico familiar e veja como outros membros da família se relacionavam com dinheiro. Se gastavam compulsivamente, os exemplos que recebemos na infância acabam formando muito do que somos hoje e ter essa percepção, nos ajuda a não cair repetidamente nas mesmas armadilhas;
👉Comece rompendo esse ciclo organizando as finanças. Olhe para o dinheiro de forma racional, analisando as receitas e despesas;
👉Se você está endividado, não se desespere nem tente entender agora a origem do descontrole nem culpe agentes externos. Negocie sua dívida o quanto antes e não caia na armadilha do dinheiro “caro” como o cartão de crédito ou limite de cheque especial;
👉Não use o fôlego inicial dessa negociação para uma compensação como uma viagem, ida a um restaurante ou um presente pessoal. Enquanto a fase de pagamentos não terminar, não faça novas dívidas e não se comprometa com despesas supérfluas;
👉Seja crítico com suas finanças: conheça seus gargalos e organize o orçamento com aplicativos (muitos deles são gratuitos) ou mesmo um fluxo de caixa anotado no celular com suas despesas do dia a dia. Com três meses você já terá um diagnóstico preciso dos inimigos do seu orçamento que pode ser alimentação, transporte ou gastos não previstos;
👉Especialistas apontam que há “ralos” para o descontrole das finanças que estão em pequenos gastos como transporte por aplicativos e da mesma forma aplicativos de comida que podem “resolver uma refeição em um clique” mas são capazes de desequilibrar um orçamento familiar. Estabeleça metas, programe-se quanto aos deslocamentos usando transporte público e reduza esse custo. Use o tempo livre para uma boa leitura ou para cozinhar em família por exemplo;
