Acaba de ser convidada por Hugo Bethlem para ser Conselheira Emérita do Capitalismo Consciente Brasil. Também é palestrante, professora de Finanças Corporativas de pós-graduação e consultora. Possui MBA em Finanças e Controladoria pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas, MBA Executivo pela Fundação Dom Cabral. Se especializou em Gestão Estratégica pela Business School e Inteligência Competitiva pela ESPM São Paulo. Janda é conselheira da Women in Leadership in Latin America (WILL), ONG voltada para o empoderamento feminino nas organizações e voluntária no Grupo Mulheres do Brasil e Embaixadora do Mulheres do Varejo. Atua também como diretora financeira da Aristocrata Clube. Coordena o programa Empreenda Rápido, que promove capacitação empreendedora, formalização e microcrédito.
